I offer a free initial telephone consultation. The length of therapy (number of sessions) is dependent on a variety of factors, so I tend to maintain a flexible approach to therapy duration. Integrative Psychotherapy is a goal-directed therapy and works best when there is a clear therapy goal identified during a detailed assessment.
