Welcome to the Integrative Psychotherapy Practice. I am deeply inspired by applying an integrative therapeutic approach, which is solution focused and combines a range of skills and techniques such as traditional Psychodynamic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness to enhance peoples’ lives. This approach I believe helps people deal with their situations, provides them with various tools and empowers them to move on in life.
